Gumnut's have a strong association for me with the region where Eden Reserve is located. The promenade leading up to the property is lined with flowering gums.
As I was travelling to and from the property, I would drive past trees laden with gum nuts and watched them turn from fresh green seeds through to beautifully aged purple pods.
