Freesias and Lemons brings together some familiar household items, with the offerings of spring in Freo. Freesia’s sprout wildly across many of the grassy verges in my area, filling the air with their intoxicating sweet perfume. Citrus, especially lemons come into own around the same time, and you can’t walk down many streets in Freo without coming across a bucket by a front gate, offering the fruit freely to passers-by. I always come home with a few a both.
